WORDS OF GRACE!
His Holiness Sri Sri Swamiji speaks on

"Sadhus"

Sri Swamiji has been rendering ‘Upanyãs’ (discourses), in Tamizh. This is being brought to you here.

There may appear to be variations in the ‘tense’ of the language. This is due to the fact that great effort has been taken to maintain the original style of the ‘Upanyãs’. Therefore, we request you to keep this in mind while reading the translated ‘words’ of Sri Swamiji.

Sri Swamiji,

"HARE RÃMA HARE RÃMA RÃMA RÃMA HARE HARE
HARE KRISHNA HARE KRISHNA KRISHNA KRISHNA HARE HARE"

Why do Sãdhus wander about from place to place? Can't they do good to the world through their 'tapas'? If they remain in a place and perform 'tapas', would this not bring good to the world?

Well! Sãdhus wander about not with the purpose of seeing people but for the people to see them! When a 'Maha Purusha' comes down to earth, all those who are connected with Him, in some way or the other, during His Avatãra 'kãla' (Time of Incarnation), those who offer Him even a bowl of gruel ('kanji') once, all of them cross this ocean of 'samsãra'.

The Maha Purusha helps all - the home where He sits even for a while, one from whom He accepts flowers or fruits, one to whom He speaks a few words, one whom He touches, one to whom He gives something that He has touched - across the ocean of 'samsãra'. In this manner the Mahãpurusha helps crores of people across the ocean of 'samsãra'. Why? The very Avatar is only to help them ashore! Bhagavãn nurtures the desire that people should see Him!" "

GOPIKA JEEVANASMARANAM!
GOVINDA! GOVINDA!”

NOTE: Any discrepancy/lapse in the translated version of the Upanyasam is the sole responsibility of the person/s who translated the work from Tamizh into English.
