Money
Bhagavaan bestows everyone with the same kind of human body. With such a body one renders music melodiously while another man brings forth wonderful poems. Yet another, with several amazing inventions to his credit, becomes a scientist. Certainly there is some talent in everyone. In truth, each and every one of us is bearing some burden. Intellectual burden does not trouble a person. But, while carrying a heavy load physically, one is able to feel its burden. He is restless to throw down the load.
In the same way, we carry the burden of something in our mind, too. There are occasions when we realize this. Let us say that there is some information that has to be conveyed to somebody; and this person, to whom the information has to be conveyed, is not strong enough to receive it. Yet, we feel that this news has to be conveyed to him. But, we are at a loss to know how to go about it. We become restless. Why? We are carrying the burden of that information in our mind. But, no sooner do we convey the news to him than we feel totally relieved of the burden. 'Thank God! A great burden has been laid down!' so do we think.
Thus, Man carries the burden of knowledge, art and several other thoughts in his mind. Yet, everyone looks with wonder only at those who carry the burden of money. Why?
A musician or an Artist or a Scholar takes effort only to convert his/her knowledge and art into money. It is only through money he/she is able to attain all that he/she desires.
Therefore, it is the man with money and not one with great talent in some field who is sought after by all in this world.
