Vidaiyatri - Farewell!!

The Final day of the 'Utsavam' began with Prabodanam followed by 'Go' puja.

Sri Swamigal then carried His puja murthy, who had no doubt enjoyed every moment of the grand festivity celebrated for his sake, to the Madhurapuri 'theppam' pond.

Amidst chanting of the Upanishads and naamaas Sri Swamigal, holding Madhuri Sakhi - Premika Varadan on His head took three dips in the pond.

The divine couple was carried back in the palanquin. Inside the Bhagavatha Bhavanam 'Dharbai' (a kind of grass used in religious ceremonies) had been spread out in the center and lit up. The palanquin was moved to and fro over this for the physical purification of the divine couple. They were then seated back on their royal seat.

Sri Swamigal ordered for the 'Indian Ludo' to be brought in. Priyanka, Krithika, Chinmayi, Subhadra and Srinath were the players.

Sri Swamigal, watched the children play before going up to the platform to conduct Thirumanjanam to Madhuri Sakhi and Premika Varadan.
