Proposed Gulf trip of the Mission's Satsang

With the blessings of Sri Swamigal to propagate Bhagavatha Dharma outside India a Satsang group
consisting of seven people is to undertake a visit to the Gulf countries.
The programme is from Wednesday 12th May to 5th June 2004.
Programme for the Gulf visit: UAE (Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and other cities
included), Muscat and Bahrain. Those Interested in knowing detailed program/attending, kindly contact the
local organisers.
During the period many Satsangs have been arranged at common places for community participation and at devotees’
residences.
The weekend programmes consist of Sri Venkatesa/SriRadha/Sri Sita Kalyanam with the involvement of local Bhajan
groups with Sampradaya Bhajan, Ashtapathi, Divyanaamam, Unchavrithi, etc. The programme and timing could be tailor made to suit local conditions without much compromising on the Sampradayam. This is to facilitate introduction of the group to all interested devotees and provide for maximum participation.
Satsangs at devotees’ residences could be either in the morning or evening without much dislocation to the local
devotees’ daily routines, say for duration of 2-2-1/2 hrs. This could be an aatmartha family function without much publicity or with invitation to their friends and general public at the discretion of the arranging devotee concerned.
The programmes will end with the chanting of “Hare Rama Mahaamantra” by all the assembled devotees preceded by
about five minutes briefing of Mission’s activities for the benefit of those assembled.
Arrangements for stay as a group has already taken care at Sharjah/Dubai/Muscat. Those inviting the satsang to
community/house programs need only to make other arrangements in consultation with local coordinators.
