At the behest of His Holiness, the Gokulam Mandali of Nanganallur performed Maha Mantra Sankeertana Saptaham
(Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare! Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare!) from 4th
to 10th instant from 6.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. at Srinidhi Hall, Nanganallur. His Holiness blessed the devotees with
darshan and ‘bhashana’ on the concluding day, i.e 10th instant.
Torrential rain of Japa for rains in Chennai!

Chennai is facing acute water shortage due to monsoon failure.
At the behest of His Holiness, beginning from 6th instant, the ‘akhanada japa’ of
“Yogiramsuratkumar! Yogiramsuratkumar! Yogiramsuratkumar! Jaya Gururãya!”
was chanted from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. every day at a different devotee’s home for the rains.

Srimad Bhãgavata Saptãham was conducted at Madhuramurali Bhavanam, Raja Street, Mandavelli. Divyanãma sankirtan
was performed on the evening of 15th instant and Radha Kalyanam on the morning of 16th instant. His Holiness participated on all days.
Divyanãma kirtan – Premika Bhavanam

It was an evening of traditional Divyanãma kirtan. His Holiness and His young Bhagavata group, led by Sri Vishnurata Bhãgavat, performed Divyanãma kirtan at Premika Bhavanam from 7.30 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.

Concluding day of ‘Akhanda Nãmasankirtan’

The final day of the 48-days ‘Akhanda Nãmasankirtan’ of ‘Yogiramsuratkumar Satgururãya!’ for rains in Chennai was held at Justice (Rtd.) Sri Arunachalam’s residence, Adyar, Chennai. His Holiness blessed the devotees with a brief darshan. The devotees who had participated on all 48 days (Sri Kabir, Sri ‘Kasi’ Kannan, Sri Kumaran, Sri Srinivasan, Miss Komala) were honoured by the host Justice Sri Arunachalam.
