‘Kumbhabhisheka’ of Pidãri Amman Temple, Rãjagopãlapuram

H.H. Sri Sri Swamiji participated in the ‘Kumbhabhishekha’ of Pidãri Amman Temple at Rãjagopãlapuram near Kutthãlam, under the
scheme of “Thirukkulathor Thirukkoil Thiruppanni Thittam” wherein it has been planned to build 108 Temples in various
places of living of those neglected in society, for their spiritual uplift.
A Bhajan mantap “Sri Kalyãna Srinivãsa Perumãl Bhajanai Madam” was also inaugurated for the performance of Namasankirtan of the Maha Mantra
“Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare!
Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare!”

‘Kiizhacchãlai’ Sri Mãdhava Perumãl Maha Samprokshanam

At the behest of H.H. Sri Sri Swamiji the Maha Samproshanam of Sri Mãdhava Perumãl Temple at Kiizhacchãlai was
performed by the founder of GKR Charities, “Dharmãtma” Shri G.K. Ramamurty.
10th September, 2003 - Inauguration of Thanjavur Madhuramurali Bhavanam
9.45 a.m. to 12.00 noon:
In the Presence of H.H. Sri Sri Swamiji, Namasankirtan was performed by our Mission Bhãgavata Sri.Sumant and
his party at the residence of the successors of Sri Thiaga Brahmam at Thanjavur. The idols of Sri Rama, Lakshmana,
Sita and Hanuman that had been worshipped by the great Bhakta of the Lord, Sri.Thiagaraja Swami, is at this home.
Later in the day Madhuramurali Bhavanam, Thanjavur, was inaugurated at No.1 State Bank Colony, Medical College Road, Thanjavur, the residence of Sri Rajagopal.
In the evening H.H. Sri Sri Swamiji blessed the devotees with darshan and upanyãs at the Ganesha Temple at State Bank Colony.
13th to 14th September, 2003 – ‘Radha Kalyanam’, Coimbatore
H.H. Sri Sri Swamiji attended the ‘Radha Kalyanam’ performed by our Mission Bhãgavata Sri Sumant and his party at Sri Annapooranni Sri Yoganrisimha Temple, R.S. Puram, Kovaipudur, Coimbatore.
20th September, 2003 - “Puratttasi Sanivãram” (the Holy Saturday of the Tamizh month ‘Purattãsi’)
8.00 a.m. – 10.30 a.m.
H.H. Sri Sri Swamiji performed special ‘thirumanjanam' to Sri Srinivasa Perumal at Premika Bhavanam in lieu of ‘Purattãsi Sanivãra’. At the behest of His Holiness, Ms. Sangeeta,
Ms. Jayanti and Ms. Janani sang several kirtans on Srinivasa Perumal.
His Holiness blessed all devotees with ‘tirta’ prasad.
6.00 p.m. – 8.30 p.m.
H.H. Sri Sri Swamiji sang two new kirtans on Perumãl – one in Sanskrit and the other in Tamizh – praising the glory of Perumãl.
21st September, 2003 – Bodendra Ãradana, Ambattur
7.00 p.m. - 9.00 p.m.
H.H. Sri Sri Swamiji performed ‘upanyãs’ on the life history of Sri Bodendra Swami in
connection with the Ãrãdana of the Mahan at Ambattur.
H.H. Sri Sri Swamiji later visited the old age home at Ambattur and spoke at length on the wonderful life of Sabari, the great Guru Bhaktai.

H.H. Sri Sri Swamiji performed ‘thirumanjanam' to Premika Vardan-Mãdhuri Sakhi at Malaipattu Ashram.
7.00 p.m. – 8.00 p.m.
Premika Varadan-Mãdhuri Sakhi were taken on procession on ‘Garuda vãhana’ to the Ashram Temple Sri Kalyãna Srinivãsa Perumãl Temple.
Guru Kirtans on Sri Bodendra Swami were sung by His Holiness and the Bhagavatãs. This was followed by kirtans on Perumãl.
8.30 p.m. – 11.30 p.m.
Divya Namasankirtan was performed by H.H. Sri Sri Swamiji and devotees at the Ashram.

H.H. Sri Sri Swamiji visited Thirunãngoor.
26th September to 4th October, 2003 -Navarãtri Utsav
Navarãtri, the nights special to Devi, was celebrated with all grandeur at Malaipattu Ashram. Every evening the Ashram reverberated with melodious music by various musicians.
Details of the Navarãtri utsav will be on the site soon.
‘Akhanda’ Nãmakirtan
With the Blessings of His Holiness Sri Sri Swamiji, ‘Akhanda’ Nãmakirtan of the Maha Mantra
“Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare! Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare!” was performed
on Ãshãda Ekãdasi at
‘Thirukkollur’ Sri Vaithamãnidhi Perumãl Temple (one of the Divya Desams of Nava Tirupathi) by
Srimathi Uma Surendran and other members of ‘Sivakãsi’
Sadguru Yogiramsuratkumar Bhajana Mandali. This Bhajana Mandali members will perform ‘akhanda’ Maha
Mantra Namakirtan at the
other Nava Tirupathi Divya Desams as well.
It needs special mention here that this Mandali members are enthusiastically involved in spreading the glory of the
Mahãmantra “Hare Rama Hare Krishna” in and around Sivakãsi.
