Script from Scriptures (32) The sons of Rishabha Yogi - Kavi, Hari, Anthariksha, Prabuddha, Pippalãyana, Ãvirhotra, Drumila, Chamsa and Karabhãjana (also called as Navayogis) - who were great devotees, at the sacrifice conducted by the King Nimi - Hari concluded, He who displays unflinching faith is the supreme among devotees, whom all the wealth of the world will not detract even for a moment from his firm grasp of the Holy Feet of the Lord. How can passions survive in a heart, which has been cooled by the moonlight of peace emanating from the toe-nails of the Lord who is seated in that heart? How can there be the heat of sun when moon has risen? All the accumulated sins of a man are destroyed the very instant he chants the Name of the Lord even once in a distressed state. This being the case, no wonder a devotee who has bound the Lord by the cords of love never misses Him from his heart. Having heard about the Bhagavata dharma and the attitude of a real devotee (Bhagavata), the King desired to know about the all-powerful Maya of the Lord. Antariksha (one of the NavaYogis) replied, Oh! King! The Lord, who is the primary cause for the creation, created the five elements (earth, water, fire, air, sky) for the Jivas to enjoy the pleasures of the world or to attain liberation. He also created the body, which is made of the five elements and entered into it as its indweller (Antharyaami).
