Knowing well the trend of today’s world His Holiness practices and advocates ceaselessly that Nama sankirtan is the only way out in this Age. At the same time His Holiness does not find fault with other paths advocated by others. His Holiness impresses upon us, ‘Vedanta, Yoga, Karmaanushtaana, Bhakti are different paths leading to the One Paramaatma. What wrong is there in choosing and following the path as per one’s taste and smartness? But, while only a few possess the capability to practice such difficult sadhana what is the way out for the rest? Therefore, the only Dharma that all can easily practice is Nama sankirtan.’ It saddens His Holiness that those desirous of practicing sadhana (spiritual practice) deem dhyana, yoga, atma vichara as sadhana and do not consider Nama sankirtan or Nama japa as sadhana. Nama sankirtan is also a sadhana, indeed! His Holiness stresses that ‘phala’ (fruit) earned through dhyana, yoga, vedanta vichara is certainly earned through Nama sankirtan, as well. ‘Nothing else cleanses our mind as thoroughly as performance of Nama sankirtan at dusk,’says His Holiness. His Holiness’s joy knows no bound while meeting with those who perform Nama sankirtan.
