Udaya-astamana Saptãham, Madhurãpuri Ashram

Srimad Bhãgavata ‘udayãstamana saptãham’ was conducted at our Madhurãpuri Ashram.
‘Upanyãs’ that forms part of the ‘saptãham’ was performed by Sri Srikant Sarma.

Ms. Sangeeta Janakiraman and Ms. Janani Kumaraswãmy performed Srimad Bhãgavata pãrãyana.

Ayodhya Mantapam, West Mambalam, Chennai

H.H. Sri Sri Swamiji participated in the ‘Nãma Sankeertana Saptaham’ at Ayodhya Mantapam, West Mambalam, Chennai,
that was conducted as part of their year long golden jubilee celebration.
Devotees of His Holiness performed Bhãgavata pãrãyana every morning beginning from 6 a.m.
His Holiness performed ‘nitya puja’ (daily puja) for Premika Varadan-Mãdhuri Sakhi at Ayodhya Mantapam during these 7 days and blessed devotees with ‘teerta prasad’. Every evening His Holiness performed ‘upanyãs’ and every night ‘dolotsav’. His Holiness honoured the various Vedic Brahmins who chanted the Vedas and the Upanishads during His ‘nitya puja’. On the concluding day of the
‘Nãmasankirtana Saptãham’, His Holiness honoured the Trustees of Ayodhya Mantapam.
Sri Yogiramsuratkumar Ashram, Tiruvannamalai
29th November – 1st December, 2003
In connection with the Jayanti celeberation of Sri Yogiramsuratkumar at
Sri Yogiramsuratkumar’s Ashram, Tiruvannamalai, the students of our
Sri Sandeepani Gurukulam performed Veda pãrãyana at the Ashram from 29th November to 1st December, 2003.
His Holiness Sri Sri Swamiji was received with 'poorna kumba', 'nãdaswara' by Sri Arunachalam, Devaki Mata, Ms. Vijayalakshmi, other inmates of the Ashram and devotees. His Holiness was taken into the huge hall which houses the 'Samadhi' of Yogiramsuratkumar. His Holiness viewed the new big blue boards around the hall, bearing the nectarine words of Yogiramsuratkumar. His Holiness also inspected the Mantap being constructed inside the hall to house the 'samadhi' of Yogiramsuratkumar.
His Holiness Sri Sri Swamiji blessed the devotees gathered with ‘upanyãs’ on the 30th November, 2003 from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon.
