The month of May commenced with an absorbing lecture by
Sri Swamigal on the life of Jagadguru Sri Adi Sankara at Premika
Bhavanam. "Who is an Avatara Purusha? Anyone can attain Jnaana
and become a Mahatam. But can he be called an
Avatara Purusha?"
Sri Swamigal enlightened a fortunate audience on the life of one of the
greatest Acharyas of our age, Sri Adi Sankara on 1st May 2001. The lecture
is presented in this month's e-MM for the benefit of devotees spread far and wide.
"Bhagavăn likes only those who wear a smile on their
face, who are ever-joyful, who speak sweetly and are amiable to
all..." Here Sri Swamigal is referring to the Gopis of Vrindãvan while
expounding 'Thiruppavai'.
'Thiruppavai - Day 3' continues...
When we - the children of Lord Krishna - hear the word
'scripture' what else but 'Srimad Bhãgavatam' comes to our mind. This
month we present you with gems from Srimad Bhãgavatam in our
'Script from the scriptures'. The dialogue between Sri Krishna and his
beloved disciple Sri Uddava guides us on the ideal way to lead our lives.
'Why does Sri Krishna adorn a peacock feather on his
head?' Well…., to know this you need to check out our
'Swamigal speaks' feature.
We continue the article on Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu's
life and lilas in this month's e-MM.
Last month end saw a new beginning at Pammal (Chennai)
a new branch of 'Madhuramurali Bhavanam' was inaugurated to spread
the chanting of 'Hare Rama Hare Krishna' Maha Mantra. Read more about this in
our monthly news.
Last but not the least, we present you the
News letter from our Sydney Satsang. It gives bliss immense to see a Satsang growing over
time in Sydney, inspired by Sri Swamigal. We present you the 'Sydney
Satsang report'.
The only thing that ‘increases in sharing’ is
divine joy. We encourage devotees spread all over the world to share with the rest,
their Satsang activities with pictures.
Radhe Krishna! Radhe Krishna!
