Nothing in this world occurs without a reason. So, the reason for our being associated with a Guru is only due to the Lord's Will (‘Sankalpam’). Following the path that the Guru adheres to, one can reap the benefits very quickly. This will also bring about oneness with the Guru.

What is the easiest way to attain God's Grace?

Sri Swamigal:

Singing the Naama of the Lord with Bhakti. Singing and dancing His Praises is the easiest way to earn His Grace.

What is the foremost hurdle in attaining God?

Sri Swamigal:

Lack of Faith.

What is the appropiate time for Dhyanam or Japam?

Sri Swamigal:

It is good to do Dhyanam or Japam early in the morning from 3.00 am to 5.00 am. This will yield good result. Performance of Naama Sankirtanam in the evenings will help in spiritual progress.
