Every year on this day of Aandal's birth,
Sri Swamigal conducts 'Aandal Kalyanam' in Premika Bhavanam. So it was,
this year, too. Aandal, the incarnation of 'Neela Devi', one of the three consorts
of Lord Vishnu, has the unique privilege of occupying both a
devotee's place (one of the 12 Alwars) and also that of a consort's - beside Lord
Rangamannar blessing the devotees!
